Plugins: June 2008 Archives

Being a student of Geography, I do love to put maps in everything I do. So, here goes, using the GeoSpatial Simple plugin (download it here).

The installation of the plugin is simple - download, drop it in the plugins directory, and add your Google Maps API key. Then, all you need do is update your templates and start geocoding your entries.

The map below locates the West Whiteland Fire Company in Exton, PA. Hmmm... the popup box for the pik is not working although the custom pik is indeed the one shown. Time to dissect!

Update: Just upgraded the plugin to version 1.1 which should correct the problem. Thanks Bryan!
